No. For managed resale orders SourcingPi buys from the supplier and sells to you, so your contract, invoice and communication are with SourcingPi. For sourcing-service engagements, the supplier remains the seller and SourcingPi charges a disclosed service fee.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We quote under Incoterms® 2020 rules such as FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP depending on the product and destination. Each quotation states the Incoterm and named place, which define where risk and cost transfer to you.
How do you control quality?
Requirements are agreed up front, samples are approved before bulk production where needed, and pre-shipment inspections are recorded with findings and corrective actions. Goods are not released for shipment until required checks are complete.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs depend on the product and manufacturer. Where a product page shows a verified MOQ, it has been confirmed through our process; otherwise MOQ is confirmed in your quotation.
How are payments handled?
Quotations specify payment milestones (for example, an advance and a balance against shipping documents). Payments are made by bank transfer to SourcingPi's account; SourcingPi is not an escrow or payment institution.
